We want you to love your Rifle Paper Co. products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that personalized items, final sale products, and wallpaper are not eligible for return.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided; a flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.
Pack Your Items
Carefully package your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include the packing slip inside the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
