When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. During peak holiday seasons or new collection launches, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package is on its way.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that personalized items, final sale products, and wallpaper rolls that have been opened are not eligible for return.
How do I care for my Rifle Paper Co. textiles and rugs?
For our pillows and throws, we recommend spot cleaning or professional dry cleaning to preserve the vibrant colors. For rugs, regular vacuuming and immediate spot cleaning of spills with a damp cloth are best for maintaining the integrity of the fibers.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order. Please be aware that duties and taxes may be applied by your local customs office.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

We are committed to quality and sustainability. The majority of our paper products are printed on FSC-certified paper stocks and are produced in the USA whenever possible to ensure the highest standards of production.
